How quickly can I have my watch?
We aim to get all orders shipped within 24hrs. However, this doesn't include weekends. UK orders are sent next day delivery and European orders will take 3-5 days to arrive. International orders will take a little longer at 5-7 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards and Paypal.
Can I return my watch?
Yes, we offer a 14 day return policy. The watch must be new and unworn and including all it's packaging. We will issue a full refund excluding the return shipping. Please contact us first to arrange the return.
What do you mean by an 'automatic' watch?
Our first watch, the Armstrong, is a mechanical watch. It is powered by a spring and gearing - technology that is centuries old. This isn't a cheap battery powered watch.
This means that you can hear the watch ticking, see the movement working through the exhibition back and the second hand has a smooth, distinctive sweep. The metal workings also make for a heavy, substantial watch. The 'automatic' aspect is the internal rotor that spins as your wrist moves. This automatically winds the watch saving you the job each morning.
Can I swim in the watch?
The Armstrong is rated to 200M water resistance and has a crown that screws down. Therefore the watch is designed to be used in water despite not being a dedicated divers watch. However, we'd advise against wearing the watch in hot water such as a shower or bath.
Also bear in mind that the leather strap is not suitable for use in water.
Where in the North are you from?
We're from the North East. Born and raised in Gateshead, maturing in Newcastle and now settled at the Coast.
In keeping with our love of the North we've used and supported local businesses when launching our first watch.
We had logo design and branding help from Design Network North.
The Geordie ex-pats at Cucumber Design have been responsible for our graphic design work.
